Mussels aim to dispatch all orders within approx 1-3 business days of purchase. Once we ship your order you will receive the tracking information via email.

Delivery options

Delivery options and prices with postnord or DHL will be found by the check out.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch date.

Return policy

Items purchased are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after this 14 days period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition, including original and undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping fees are also not eligible for reimbursement.

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned product.
