Placing an order

Add your chosen items to the shopping cart and proceed to secure checkout to complete your purchase. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email with the details of your purchase.

Payment

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All products remain the property of MUSSELSSTUDIO until full payment is made.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers. We do not store card details, and all transactions are protected using SSL encryption. Please refer to your selected payment provider’s terms for more information.

Guarantee

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage caused by improper use, mishandling,
or lack of care, including bending of closures or earring clasps.

Please note that natural wear and tear - such as scratches, tarnishing, or oxidation of silver over time is not considered a defect.

Mussels Studio cannot be held responsible
for lost items.
